Mansoor Khan


Son of film maker Nasir Hussain, Mansoor Khan made his directorial debut with Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak (1988) which launched the career of his cousin Mr perfectionist Aamir Khan. The film was a huge success. Click on to read what's in the horoscope of Aamir Khan.

At the end of a decade dominated by action-oriented films, Mansoor Khan's directorial debut marked the way back for the musical romantic genre in Bollywood industry. Masoor Khan followed the success four years later with Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikander (1992).

Akele Hum Akele Tum (1995) and Josh (2000), which were Mansoor Khan's last two flicks were moderately successful. Mansoor Khan made films based on a soft human touch. Needless to say, the music in his films has always been highly appreciated.

Settled in Coonoor, Tamil Nadu, Mansoor Khan made a comeback as a producer and has co-produced the movie Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na along with Aamir Khan.
