Famous director Rohit Shetty was born in Karnataka, he is not only versatile director but a very good Presentor and Cinematographer, Rohit is a son famous fight master and late villain Shetty. From the early age he got entered in this field, he has assisted Kuku Kohli in his movie Phool Aur Kaante with the co-star Ajay Devgan and he directed his first movie Zameen with Ajay Devgan in the year 2003.

From the early age he was keen to a film director and when he was 13- 14 years he assisted many movie the many famous directors.He has completed his secondary from St. Mary's School, Mumbai.After that he stated working as a assistant director, to get experience and perfection in direction field.
