Aamir was shot in crowded areas

Bollywood director Rajkumar Gupta is totally dependent on Anurag Kashyap. Having assisted Anurag Kashyap on Black Friday, Rajkumar Gupta, the director of film Aamir, learnt the art of shooting with hidden cameras and in real locations.

UTV Spotboy's Aamir has been shot widely in real locations like Bhendi Bazzar, Crawford Market, Jacob Circle, Bandra Masjid and Dharavi of Mumbai. Shot during peak hours and in the most crowd studded areas. Aamir, the name have a literal meaning i.e., leader and the movie’s protagonist becomes a follower not because of faith, but out of fear.
